2012 April Visit
Taiwan - it has to be one of the easiest to travel and tourist friendly countries. More specifically, I believe the Taxi drivers are the most professional and most talented guide of the country. And for food lovers, it is a gourmet paradize from temple front night markets to Railway bento lunch box, they taste heavenly. More impressively are the entrupreneur spirits of young Taiwanese who are willing to carry on family tradition of preparing the local delicacies. If you miss your grand parents cooking, you can sure find them in the local stalls in Taiwan and they are mostly secret recipes passed down from generations. The local festivities of the temples are so colourful. The sight and the sound are additive. I will be back every year to savour the taste, the sight and the sound of this beautiful island
